I had an account with them. They were okay. I reaching funded but I breach my account.

if they ask you to redo ur kyc , ur dead.

They rejected my payout by accusing me doing of group trading when i haven't done anything . When i asked them to provide the evidence from other user whos trades are matching with me and the along with the ip address they failed to do so,Hence it is proved they are clearly scamming audience hard earned money and When i moved to trustpilot they removed my post by saying i dont hold any account with ACG and its not authenticity.

Trading conditions are great but dashboard can be improved. Everything is very cluttered.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent issues I've encountered with my account. To provide some background, I have previously completed the KYC process and received my first payout without any issues. When I applied for a second payout, my request was rejected due to news trading. I acknowledged my mistake, corrected my approach, and after a week of careful trading, I reapplied for a payout. According to your stated timelines, payout approvals take up to 4 working days. However, on the final day, my payout was flagged due to KYC. I immediately complied and resubmitted my documents, including the required face capture. Despite following all instructions, I received no response for 3 weeks. During this period, my attempts to seek support via Discord were met with a ban, and inquiries on your website received the response that payment issues would be handled by your payment team, which was not responding. Eventually, I received an email stating that my account was banned due to KYC issues. This outcome is both surprising and concerning, as I had already completed the KYC process successfully in the past and was approved for a payout. I am struggling to understand how my account could be banned due to KYC issues after successful verification and a prior payout. Is this standard practice? It is also deeply troubling that my efforts to seek clarification were met with account bans on both Discord and your website. I kindly request a detailed explanation of the reasons behind this decision and an opportunity to resolve any outstanding issues. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
