I've been asking many questions from the support team in the past couple of days and they answered each and everyone of them in the fastest and nicest way possible. I just bought a challenge and I'll send another review after I pass and get my payout. They have great promotions (I got my challenge with 30% off!!!), discord server is active and they offer multiple trading platforms like MT5, TradeLocker and cTrader which is nice.
