It is a new firm but very amazing firm

In my opinion in future optimal trader is one of the top one firm . Customer service is very quick response no Commission very low spread and most one best thing payout with honestly.

I purchased a 200k algo account , passed it using 1 of their verified ambassador help ( 1 of ICT trader - discord id) on 26 Jun 2024. I received the account within 3 hours of passing. Here is the Timeline of payout: - 26 Jun 17:45 UK time Place my first trade (Withdrawal from 30days) - 01 Jul Achieved profit of 7,625 Stopped Trading - 02 Jul Opened a ticket , as Sam (Optimal Trader Staff) offered to help to check my trades for payout eligibility. His feedback was due to my aggressive scalping, their system has flagged HFT like trades. I affirmed him of my strategy and he clarified if I traded manually. All this conversation made me feel that Optimal listens. - 24 July Lewis (Founder of Optimal) helped to send me the KYC 1 day in advance because I said the payout day would come midnight for my timezone. He was so sweet and sent it to me earlier! KYC was easy just 2 photos (ID & Selfie) from a KYC link. - 25 July 17:45 I requested for the payout , usually takes 1 - 3 working days to review & approve. & placed my was eligible for a payout - 26 July (about 22hours) I received approval for the payout eligibility of 3812 (50% of 7,625) & 1 email that I will receive the payment via USDT ERC20 within 3 business days. - 28 Jul I received 3793.14862USDT on my wallet (Binance) Overall a 10000/10 experience. I had been through many prop firm scams, this is definitely a genuine firm. They could have argued about the HFT-like trades and deducted my payout but they chose to check with me and paid me in full without deductions. I can envision myself trading with this firm as long as they exist. I am grateful to have found this firm.
